Follow these steps once to enable shared cloud data and Square payments.

Create a free Supabase project
Go to supabase.com, sign up for free, and create a new project. Choose any name (e.g. "sunrise-pfo").

Run the database setup SQL
In your Supabase project, go to SQL Editor and run the contents of the file supabase-setup.sql included with this download. This creates your Members, Events, and Orders tables.

Paste your Supabase credentials into the HTML file
Open sunrise-pfo.html in a text editor. At the top of the <script> section, find the CONFIG block and fill in:
supabase_url → from Supabase: Project Settings → API → Project URL
supabase_key → from Supabase: Project Settings → API → Publishable key (anon)

Create Square Payment Links for each membership tier
In your Square Dashboard, go to Online → Payment Links → Create Link. Create 3 links:
Supporter — $5 · Set redirect URL to your site address
Gold — $100 · Set redirect URL to your site address
Family — $20 · Set redirect URL to your site address
Then paste each link URL into the CONFIG.square block in the HTML file.

Host the file (so multiple people can share it)
Upload sunrise-pfo.html to any static host — Netlify (free drag & drop), GitHub Pages, or your school's existing web host. Anyone with the URL can then use the site, and all data syncs through Supabase.
